• The studio is equipped with a filtered water dispenser, so bring a water bottle as we highly recommend staying hydrated. You are welcome to bring a small sweat towel as well.
• We also have a bathroom equipped with supplies to "freshen up" after your session.
• Show up with a smile & ready to get sweaty! We are a super fun, light-hearted crew & we can't wait to have you as part of the Defy fam!
• You will be bending, stretching, & moving in all sorts of fun positions, so we definitely recommend that you wear tight fitting workout clothes.
• We do not require that you wear grip socks while working out on the machines. If you have a pair, feel free to workout in them. Please note, however, that you can NOT wear regular socks or shoes. Also, we do not sell grip socks at the studio.

Please note that our cancellation window is 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made after this window are classified as "late cancels". Additionally, not attending a reserved class is considered a "no-show".

The fees associated with these instances are as follows:

• Late Cancel: $10 fee plus loss of that class.
• No-Show: $15 fee plus loss of that class.
• PLEASE NOTE: We do not reschedule missed or canceled classes on behalf of clients. If you are unable to attend a reserved class, please cancel and re-book via the app.

• We have recently welcomed a new coffee shop nearby, which can sometimes lead to parking difficulties. We kindly ask that you arrive early for your class, even if you are a returning client, to secure a parking space from those departing after their session.
• In the event that our front lot is full, designated parking spots are located across the street near the veterinarian clinic, specifically marked for "parking for 4900 BISSONNET only," where you are welcome to park. Further parking options include spaces on the side of the building along Chestnut St. and on Chestnut St. itself.
